Little Growing Minds Matter was born out of my belief that early childhood education should reflect the real lives, languages, and stories of our youngest learners. As a former Pre-K educator and current PhD researcher in culturally responsive literacy, I’ve seen how identity-affirming books, storytelling, and play can transform not just how children learn but how they feel about themselves while doing it.
